About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team and drive business success through effective HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Fostering a positive company culture and promoting employee engagement
  • Managing talent acquisition processes, including recruitment and selection
  • Providing guidance on compensation and benefits packages
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Responsibilities and ExpectationsThe Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
  • Talent acquisition and management
  • Employee relations and engagement

  • Compensation and benefits
  • Performance management
  • HR policy development and compliance
  • Safety, wellness, and environmental initiatives
  • Workers' compensation management
  • Data management and reporting
  • Payroll administration
  • Strategic HR planning

Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates must have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of labor laws and industry best practices. A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in HR, preferably in food manufacturing, is required. HR certification (PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
Salary and BenefitsThe selected candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $90-105k per annum, inclusive of benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.
