Job Title: Clinical Supervisor, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at COOP Careers. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and support to our Social Work Managers, as well as providing case management services and workshops to our fellows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Social Work Managers in their clinical work, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality services.
  • Provide case management services to our fellows, including short-term treatment sessions, case management, and resource referrals.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops and training programs for our fellows, focusing on mental health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with our program managers and other colleagues to ensure alignment in delivery of social work content.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and providers to ensure access to resources and services for our fellows.

Requirements:

  • Three years of clinical and supervisory experience, with a minimum of two years as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in California.
  • Qualified supervisor of associate clinical social worker (ACSW) in the state of California.
  • Commitment to anti-oppressive, anti-racist, trauma-informed work.
  • Experience in group facilitation and case management.
  • Strong engagement, assessment, and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to represent COOP Careers externally to a range of stakeholders.

  • A competitive salary range of $75,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience.
