Compensation:Projected earnings range from $80,000 to $125,000 based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to showcase properties efficiently.
- Assist buyer clients in refining their preferences based on property viewings and suggest additional suitable homes.
- Guide clients in determining optimal offer prices and facilitate a smooth closing process for all parties involved.
- Coordinate and participate in on-site property inspections to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct research on potential properties, neighborhoods, schools, and amenities to address client inquiries.
- Engage in real estate sales activities.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
