Partners Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in the Fairfield, OH.  Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 with 1 Saturday a month. $14.00 to 17.00/Hour DOE.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with order entries, product inquiries, and other service-related questions.
  • Confirm customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Input customer orders, credits, and invoicing information accurately and on time.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers to ensure smooth processes and workflows.
  • Resolve customer problems, often requiring the ability to deal with various situations where standardization may not apply.
  • Contact vendors to request product samples or additional information as needed for customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as checking and sorting faxes and mail, writing sample requests, and processing special orders.
  • Attend regular training sessions and customer service meetings to stay informed of company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Assist with other related duties and tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or other leadership.

 Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center preferably in a distribution or product-based industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
