Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional administrative professional to support our Management team, particularly the VP of Operations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can develop compelling customer presentations, prepare for meetings, and coordinate client on-site demonstrations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Developing persuasive customer presentations and data projects to drive business growth.
  • Scheduling training rooms and coordinating client on-site demonstrations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Organizing emails and responding to important matters in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling meetings for the VP Operations and Management team to ensure effective communication.
  • Taking meeting notes and attending 1:1 calls with new customer opportunities to build strong relationships.
  • Creating and editing reports to track business progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assisting with new customer onboarding tasks and project management to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Supporting lead generation and account management initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of professional sales and/or administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources, Payroll, or HCM.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with prior experience utilizing them in a business setting.

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
