Job Title: Vice Chancellor for Strategic Enrollment and Student Success

About the Role:

The University of Colorado Denver is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Enrollment and Student Success. This key position will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive enrollment management and student success strategies to drive student recruitment, retention, and graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic enrollment plan to attract and retain a diverse student body.
  • Lead the development and implementation of student success initiatives to enhance academic achievement and graduation rates.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to integrate enrollment and student success strategies across the university.
  • Manage a budget of $32 million and oversee a team of nearly 200 staff members.
  • Provide leadership and vision for the overall enrollment strategy, partnering with the Chancellor, Provost, and other key University constituents.

  • Leadership skills: Experience leading large, complex teams; a track record of integrity and care.

  • Credentials: A bachelor's degree is required; a doctorate or terminal degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation range: $250,000 — $275,000
