Job Summary

This firm specializes in commercial and retail projects, requiring candidates with a background in wood- or steel-frame projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce structural drawings in AutoCAD for single-story sites, including restaurants, retail stores, and strip centers.
  • Design framing and wall section drawings.
  • Perform calculations and structural analysis as needed.
  • Incorporate metal stud and bar joint design.
  • Travel to sites around the area for inspection as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering.
  • Strong background in steel frame, metal stud, wood, and concrete block buildings.
Employment Details

Monday – Friday, typically 8:00a – 5:00p.
