Agricultural Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Agricultural Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, while also proactively seeking out opportunities to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on seed, fertilizer, and chemical products
  • Stay current and informed on industry trends, market conditions, and new product developments
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in agricultural retail sales
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Preference for Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
  • In-depth knowledge of seed, fertilizer, and chemical products and their applications in agriculture
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 base DOE plus commission based on performance
