Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sleep Expert to join our team. As a Sleep Expert, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience for our customers, providing technical and product knowledge, and driving individual sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a customer-centric environment by cultivating strong relationships and providing exceptional service
  • Provide expert product knowledge and technical information to customers, serving as a subject matter expert
  • Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
  • Execute current visual merchandising and POP standards, adhering to company merchandising and marketing programs
  • Maintain customer relationships during and post-purchase, resolving issues and delivering reminders
  • Seek and accept constructive feedback for continuous personal, professional, and performance development
  • Develop skills, competencies, and product knowledge through assigned coursework, training, and company-led activities
  • Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
  • Ensure timely open and closing procedures, following all company procedures on cash handling
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds to assist customers with load outs and in-store purchases
  • Adhere to all sales processing policies to ensure proper creation and execution of customer invoicing
  • Professional communication and representation of company brand in all internal and external interactions
  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment
