Closet Factory of St. Louis is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in helping us meet the growing demand for our custom storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing process, including assembly, quality control, and packaging of custom closets and other storage solutions.
- Operate various machinery and equipment, including table saws, drill presses, and forklifts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents to ensure accurate production.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
