Associate Teacher

Bridge Boston Charter School is a dynamic and inclusive community that fosters academic and social-emotional growth in its students. We are seeking a dedicated Associate Teacher to support our lead teacher in ensuring the academic and social-emotional growth of all students in the classroom.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the curriculum and lesson plans, and will collaborate with the Director of Academic Intervention, Lower Division Director, and Lead Teachers to identify students who require small group intervention. They will also adhere to and promote Bridge Boston's Positive Behavior Intervention System and social/emotional learning policies.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing academic support to students
- Collaborating with the Culture Team, Special Education, and English Language Learning departments to leverage supports that will advance the individual needs of students
- Submitting behavior and academic reports in a timely manner
- Participating in grade level, division level, and school-wide professional development as directed by school administration
