The entry-level position of Business Development and Marketing Coordinator offers thorough training and development opportunities to build both personal and professional relationships in a fun, upbeat atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service and Sales: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by asking questions to understand their lifestyle and needs, encouraging open communication, and providing product recommendations tailored to address their needs and drive sales.
  • Customer Interaction: Meet with customers daily, entering each interaction with courtesy, professionalism, and kindness.
  • Order Management: Track and process new orders, account upgrades, and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a broad working knowledge of all products, services, and promotions available to our customers and stay current on industry-related news.
  • Daily Training and Development: Participate in daily training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to review customer satisfaction targets, areas for improvement, and streamline technical support.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Associate's or Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, possessing good communication skills, and taking creative direction.
  • Meet tight deadlines and handle constructive criticism effectively.
  • General marketing experience.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Commit to full-time hours.
  • Excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.
  • Work efficiently in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $45,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications and performance. Additionally, we offer benefits that cater to your overall well-being and professional growth.
