Marketing Specialist for Nintendo Events

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Marketing Specialist to join our team in Redmond, Wash. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all creative approvals between Nintendo of America and external agencies.
Responsibilities- Download and share new product launch guidelines, brand guidelines, logos, campaign plans, and base creative with distributors, vendors, and agencies.
- Assist Event Manager and Retail Marketing with reviewing and routing assets (print, digital, audio, and video) for approval.
- Liaise with various parties, agencies, and NOA functions to ensure successful tradeshows and media events.
- Assist with quarterly planning session reporting, weekly status reports, and other reports as needed.
- Lead budget tracking and reconciliation for department marketing expenses.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and event coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and marketing materials.
Nintendo offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also offer:
