Job Overview
A skilled and compassionate Home Health RN is sought for a weekend position at Baylor.

This is a 30-hour per week opportunity, with pay based on 36 hours per week.

About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (R.N.) to provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes under the direction of a physician's plan of care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to develop plans of care with realistic and measurable outcomes, in collaboration with the patient and family.

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing education and promoting patient rights and responsibilities for informed decision-making in the plan of care.

In addition, you will assess and identify the patient's holistic healthcare needs, demonstrating competency in assessment and technical skills.

Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control and symptom management, as well as work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a current R.N. license in the State of Maine and one year of recent clinical nursing experience.

A reliable car with insurance is also required.

While ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing is encouraged, it is not mandatory.

CPR certification is necessary, however, as is a commitment to excellence and compassion in your work.
