Job Summary:
- Provide high-quality patient care to new mothers and their newborns in the Postpartum unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to meet their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduating from an accredited nursing school with a BSN degree.
- Less than 12 months of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Eligible for Delaware or Compact State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
