Commissions Administrator

This role is responsible for accurately processing and distributing monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions to our dedicated servicing agents. The Commissions Processor must ensure timely completion, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide excellent communication skills to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile revenue assignments and commission payments to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with field agents and internal departments to resolve problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Process commission payments using a third-party payroll system to guarantee timely pay to our agents.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing commission-related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track commissions and agent performance.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-centric business environment.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn internal CRM and external life insurance applications.
- Solid mathematical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
