Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Case Manager/Case Manager Trainee. This role is responsible for managing and processing court cases, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and process court cases, including data entry, document review, and case tracking.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to court staff, attorneys, and the public.
  • Collaborate with court staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of court procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent automation and analytical skills.
  • Computer literacy and good communication and typing skills.
  • A minimum of two years of general experience, or one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade in federal service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
