Job Title: VP of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Operations to join our team at Emerging Blue Jobs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Foundation and Growth: Establish a robust operational foundation that supports scalable and profitable growth, with a focus on enhancing customer service.
  • Quality Standards and Continuous Improvement: Develop and support operations teams to enforce quality standards across all operational functions, maintaining high standards in both products and services.
  • KPI Establishment and Reporting: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor operational performance, ensuring all activities are aligned with the strategic goals of the company.
  • 3-Year Operations Plan: Create a comprehensive 3-year operational strategy that includes future infrastructure needs, resources, and capacity for expansion.
  • International Expansion and Retail Growth: Analyze specific opportunities for international expansion, including regulatory requirements, logistical planning, and market entry strategies.
  • Team Audit and People Plan: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current operations team to evaluate strengths, gaps, and alignment with future growth objectives.
