Job Title: Medical Imaging Specialist

About the Role:

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Providence, Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality imaging services to patients using computed tomography equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols
  • Transport patients as needed, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the process
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry advancements and best practices
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist, preferably in computed tomography
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and operate computerized systems
  • Physical ability to remain stationary, move about, and lift equipment (50-100lbs)
