Position Overview:
As an Identity Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, evaluating, designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced system and product solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles related to Client Identity Access, Authorization, and Authentication (IAM) as well as Fraud prevention technologies. You will provide technical guidance and engineering support for various projects and infrastructure builds related to IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support IAM and Fraud prevention applications, including but not limited to ForgeRock, Twilio, and Guardian/FeatureSpace.
- Set up, configure, and manage Policy servers, Web agents, Secure Proxy Servers, and Federation.
- Develop and support federations with both internal systems and external organizations.
- Implement changes across multiple environments while adhering to the Change Management process.
- Apply engineering principles to enhance both new and existing systems.
- Provide input and make budgetary recommendations regarding staffing and equipment.
- Document new system components or modifications to existing components.
- Ensure the security and integrity of system and product solutions, maintaining compliance with industry standards and Information Security principles.
- Present organized and concise information to various audiences to facilitate effective business decisions.
- Conduct engineering tasks and assignments to support business needs.
- Engage in technology research, procurement, deployment, and configuration for new and modified systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience deploying ForgeRock on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Familiarity with SMS communication systems such as Twilio and Salesforce.
- Experience with Guardian/FeatureSpace for real-time Fraud Analytics.
- Proven track record of supporting multiple IAM environments.
- Confident in implementing, configuring, managing, and deploying IAM products (e.g., ForgeRock, RSA, Daon, Ping, Azure, SiteMinder).
- Expertise in information security analysis and design techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data security practices, including systems analysis, authentication technologies, and access controls.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux system administration and scripting, Identity Federation, SAML, JBoss, and Directory Services/LDAP is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project planning and resource management.
- Strong planning, organizational, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present findings and conclusions clearly and concisely.
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with IAM applications.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, information technology, or related fields.
- CISSP, CISA, CCSP, or other relevant Information Security certifications.
- MBA, Master's degree, PMP, MSCE/MCITP, or Linux certifications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe).
- ForgeRock Identity & Access Specialist or Professional certification(s).
- Experience with open-source authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
- Familiarity with Ping Identity products.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory Federation.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker services.
- Understanding of the financial services industry.
- Experience with Daon IdentityX Platform.
