**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in planning and cost estimation for annual and long-term capital budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Execute the capital plan, overseeing engineering design and project management, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Direct aspects of building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Establish criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees and contractors, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Supervise the completion of work through regular site inspections, reports, and conferences with operations and vendors.
  • Investigate the condition of buildings, equipment, and grounds, and recommend improvements to ensure needs are met.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair programs to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum five years' experience in plant maintenance, with a strong background in project management and facilities administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong administrative and follow-up skills to achieve successful maintenance and repair programs.
  • Ability to lead teams and achieve results through resources.
