Position Summary: This role requires travel for training purposes for an initial period. The individual will assist clients in addressing their immediate financial requirements. Responsibilities encompass every phase of the loan processing journey, including reviewing applications, assessing the provided information, and aiding in the credit extension decision. Once a prospect transitions to a client, ongoing communication is expected, which includes processing weekly payments, addressing inquiries, and managing overdue loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or in-person.
- Greet all clients with enthusiasm and offer assistance.
- Clarify the advantages of Dollar Loan Center's offerings compared to competitors.
- Regularly check for unprocessed applications.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Encourage feedback from customers.
- Thoroughly review each loan application for accuracy and completeness.
- Process applications swiftly, adhering to guidelines.
- Understand and apply underwriting standards.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of loan agreements.
- Seek opportunities to assist applicants rather than decline.
- Inform clients of their credit limits and potential increases.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of Dollar Loan Center's services.
- Request referrals from satisfied customers.
- Conduct marketing outreach to clients regularly.
- Execute timely and effective follow-ups on overdue accounts.
- Adhere to established collection protocols.
- Document collection interactions accurately.
- Calculate payments accurately and address client inquiries regarding financial details.
- Handle cash transactions with precision.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
