Essential Duties:

Timely communication in response to all inquiries via text, email, or phone. Ability to comprehend and execute instructions, ensuring clear and honest communication with relevant parties. Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and the ability to uphold confidentiality. Proficient in various software applications and knowledgeable about commercial and private travel. Detail-oriented with excellent diplomatic and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

Valid driver's license.

Travel Requirements:

Travel exceeding 50% is expected.

Work Hours: The work week spans from Sunday to Saturday, with most offices operating Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To meet business needs, employees may be assigned to alternate workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
