Position: Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a Full-time, In-person Administrative Assistant.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is $19.00, influenced by various factors such as education and work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support physicians with patient scheduling, documentation, and payment processing.
  • Assist site supervisors as required.
  • Facilitate continuity of care and manage patient flow.
  • Track client attendance for appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Process service requests as necessary.
  • Verify client Medicaid/Insurance coverage.
  • Coordinate with physicians' offices for necessary referrals.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client and staff information.
  • Contribute to office safety and participate in emergency drills.
  • Maintain the Material Safety Data Sheet and product recall files.
  • Disseminate and adhere to policies established by management.

  • Ability to perform essential duties effectively.
  • Relevant experience and training.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Capability to read and interpret business documents and regulations.
  • Proficient in writing professional correspondence and reports.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and clients.
  • Basic mathematical skills for essential calculations.
  • Problem-solving skills to collect data and draw conclusions.
  • Physical ability to perform various tasks, including lifting up to 20 pounds.
