- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- A competitive salary range of $21.00 per hour.
