Job Title: Sales Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Analyst to join our team at Izzio Artisan Bakery LLC.

Job Summary

The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company through strategic analysis, market research, and commercial initiatives. This role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize sales strategies, forecast sales performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze market data, customer insights, and industry reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Translate market insights into actionable plans that support revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive advantage.
  • Develop and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key sales indicators.
  • Provide actionable insights to the sales team and senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and pitches for potential clients, partners, and investors.
  • Verify and ensure data integrity and accuracy within CRM system.
  • Manage customer portals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales analysis or related role. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
  • Food or Consumer Goods Manufacturing experience required.

Competitive compensation package based on level of experience, other relevant experience, and requirements of the position. The range provided serves only as a guideline and does not automatically qualify all candidates for the high end of the range.

$75,000 to $105,000
