Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at TRENTINI. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for learning our process and developing relationships with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research new business opportunities and identify potential clients for our referrals and leads.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
