About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Billing and Accounts Specialist to manage billing activities and ensure timely and accurate invoicing. The successful candidate will have prior experience in service coordination/billing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage billing activities, including coordinating and processing billing, reviewing and verifying accuracy of billing and supporting documentation, and confirming rates and fee arrangements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving billing issues and problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiency in processes and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve billing accuracy and reduce errors.
About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in service coordination/billing and a strong understanding of billing procedures and protocols. Prior experience with Costpoint is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
