Job Summary

Prime Healthcare Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to join our corporate team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for administering and overseeing our employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and benefits information.
  • Process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) and other relevant documents in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for benefits-related documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements

Required qualifications:

  • College degree or at least 5 years of experience in benefit administration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and superior interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience coordinating employee benefits.
