Lonestar Trade LLC is seeking a Professional Logistics Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities in the logistics sector.

Compensation and Benefits: This role offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure with the potential for high earnings based on performance. The estimated salary range is $80,000-$120,000 per year. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry. You will also have diverse logistics experience, including retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, particularly in specialty retail and international logistics.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, track leads, and report on sales performance.
• Represent Lonestar Trade LLC at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and manage the company's online presence to attract new clients.
• Present tailored logistics solutions to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.
• Diverse logistics experience, including retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM systems, client portals, and automation tools.
• Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure and motivated to achieve high earnings.
