Senior Finance Manager

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting, working closely with departmental heads to gather insights and drive accountability.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Support the evaluation and financial assessment of investments, strategic initiatives, and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.
  • 6+ years of finance experience, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and business partnering in the biotech industry required.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proven track record of influencing decision-making at senior levels.
Compensation and Benefits:

Our client offers a salary range of $155,000 to $190,000, depending on experience, along with equity, health insurance, a 401(k) plan with a match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Must be able to work in the Boston or Seattle area.
