About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our corporate finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing team, providing analytical support to executives, and driving the finance rhythm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team
  • Provide analytical support to executives on a project and ad hoc basis
  • Develop financial updates to executive leadership
  • Support the investor relations team and other internal stakeholders
  • Partner across finance stakeholders to understand business drivers
  • Lead a variety of projects to simplify and automate existing processes
  • Contribute to broader team & cross-functional deliverables
Requirements
  • 10+ years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibility
  • Advanced analytic, modeling, forecasting and presentation skills
  • High level intellectual curiosity, strong sense of ownership and passion for delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management
  • Results driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think big and small
  • Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences
  • Passion for using data to drive better decision-making
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $196,000 to $274,000, with the potential to increase up to $313,500 based on performance. We also offer a wide range of benefits, including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and an Employee Assistance Program.
