About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Assistant to join our Specialty Clinics team. This role involves providing critical support to patient care and clinic operations, with a focus on optimizing clinical workflows and ensuring seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Record Management: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Clinic Operations Support: Assist with daily clinic operations, including preparing patients for provider appointments, maintaining optimal patient flow, and supporting patient care activities as directed by providers or nurses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring a positive and respectful experience in our clinics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA); Previous clinic experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across different clinic locations, with occasional travel required.

Compensation:
