Job Title: Document Production Manager

Job Summary:

Pride Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Document Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our document production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team provides outstanding service to clients, while building strong customer relationships
  • Ensure staff meets performance objectives, including establishing development goals, setting business objectives, establishing priorities, and providing ongoing performance feedback
  • Address performance issues amongst team members
  • Resolve issues proactively, and escalate appropriate issues to manager, client, or team for resolution
  • Maximize profitability through effective utilization of labor and resources
  • Execute required administrative reports, activities, processes related to the people and/or production both on time and in accordance with appropriate standards of operation
  • Exemplify proper professional expectations for team members when dealing with client requesters and client work requests
  • Foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client; encourages staff to bring forward ideas to help service quality and/or productivity
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
  • Have a strong knowledge of clients' businesses and the impact of our services
  • Ensure adherence to standardized processes for all aspects of operations
  • May train more junior staff members, as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 or more years demonstrated relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work flexible schedules to support projects
  • Knowledge of Cal OSHA, OSHA occupational safety and environmental regulations
  • Human relations skills to maintain effective relationships with others and work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet, and word processing programs, Visio, CAD
  • Fundamental mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Oral and written communication skills to provide factual and procedural information, and to understand and follow instructions
  • Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle multiple requests at the same time
  • Demonstrated common sense skills

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a business office or light industrial environment. Occasional work in extreme temperatures. Occasional travel is required. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
