Description:
This position is integral to the marketing operations team, focusing on the implementation of grower and seller marketing initiatives. The role involves handling substantial data sets, transforming them into actionable reports, and disseminating these to a broad sales team.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for creating essential documents for retailers and their growers, while providing ad-hoc assistance to colleagues to ensure smooth program execution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be necessary to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 60% Reporting and Analytics: Extract and transform data from existing systems into specified templates. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to validate one's own work. The role requires focus on repetitive yet critical tasks.
  • 20% Process Management and Execution: Drive the execution of processes linked to key sales initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely completion. Responsibilities include weekly data extraction for reporting, data consolidation, mail merge tasks, and distribution of results to relevant team members.
  • 20% Administrative and Ad-hoc Support: Assist marketing operations, sales operations, and IT teams with administrative tasks to support the execution of marketing programs.

Job Scope:
Focus areas include budget management, revenue tracking, and sales volume analysis.

Experience and Education (Required):
1-3 years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:
Sales operations and process improvement, CRM systems (Salesforce), strong Excel skills, and mail merge processing.

Competencies and Skills (Required):
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; self-motivated with the ability to work independently; capability to develop ideas and informally influence others; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); agility and flexibility to adapt to changing demands.

Some travel may be required.
