The Role

The Property Maintenance Manager is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of our community while delivering an exceptional living experience for residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining curb appeal through regular grounds and building upkeep
  • Assisting with repairs and general maintenance duties
  • Demonstrating outstanding customer service and teamwork principles
  • Ensuring apartment appearances meet expectations prior to resident move-in
  • Communicating with the Community Manager on maintenance or curb appeal concerns
  • Responding to emergencies according to established policies
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic maintenance knowledge
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work extended standing shifts
