Job Details:
We are hiring independent maintenance technicians. Once hired, technicians will be contacted only when there is a work order near their location. This streamlined approach ensures efficient response times and optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replacement of the floors using various materials such as tiles, hardwood, vinyl etc.
- Remove old flooring materials and prepare the surface for new installation.
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working for the floor, subfloor an for the main frame.
Qualifications:
- 5 years previous experience in repairing floor
- Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques and specialized in flooring. i.e. Tile, metal, foam, too.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Able to provide the estimation in case of providing bids.
