Premier Maintenance Specialist

Axiom Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:- Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment on a regular basis to ensure they are in good working order.
- Handle necessary repairs and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
- Install new equipment and appliances as needed.
- Follow local and state building codes to ensure compliance.
- Comply with all company safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrical work.
- Certification in building maintenance is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
A strong understanding of building systems and the ability to diagnose and repair problems is essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
