Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Dispute Resolution Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for mediating payment disputes and resolving payment-related problems for our growing carrier partner base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage case and email escalations that require further deep diving or unique procedural and policy handling.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standard work management.
  • Conduct daily audits and appeals management for dispute cases.
  • Develop a departmental continuous training plan for Dispute Specialists.
  • Collaborate directly with Amazon Transportation carriers and cross-functional departments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Contribute to other payment-related initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent diploma.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.
  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with SQL.
