About the Role

Farnsworth Group is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer - Facilities to join our team of experienced professionals. As a key member of our structural engineering group, you will play a central role in the development and expansion of service markets within the western region of the US, with a primary focus in CO, TX, AZ, and surrounding states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structural analysis and design for building structures and related systems
  • Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services
  • Perform site visits, client meetings, and coordination with the project team
  • Participate in business development and client-facing activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in structures
  • 5-8 years of structural engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
  • Experience with design and construction administration of building structures, preferably both new construction and renovation of existing structures
  • Experience designing with common construction materials: steel, concrete, masonry, and/or wood
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
  • Leadership qualities with ability to teach/train others
  • Revit proficiency preferred

Salary Range

$85,000 - $115,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
