Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of structural steel construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project flow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Prepare and deliver project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically with structural steel projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
