We are a high-end dental practice seeking a full-time administrative bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess dental knowledge and bookkeeping experience, with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor outstanding treatments and balances via Dentrix
  • Post debits and credits
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Produce and send invoices
  • Assist the administrative team with completing payroll
  • Work 40 hours per week
  • Report to our Bensonhurst, Brooklyn location
Objectives:
  • Collaborate with administrators to maintain accurate financial records
  • Contribute to a results-driven organization
  • Meet performance expectations through consistent and accurate task execution
Requirements:
  • Experience using Dentrix
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Background in recording financial transactions
  • Self-discipline and ability to work independently
