We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Center Pharmacist to help us achieve our mission.
Position Summary and Qualifications

As the Clinical Services Center Pharmacist, you will oversee the pharmacy staff at the Clinical Services Center and manage the packaging and labeling operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the SMART, PACMED, and ConnectRX systems to ensure accurate medication distribution.
  • Ensure the operational efficiency of pharmacy packaging and labeling automation systems.
  • Conduct pharmacist checks on packaged and labeled medications as necessary.
  • Provide guidance on therapeutic alternatives during shortages or back orders.
  • Maintain the integrity and security of all medications stored within the center.
  • Assist in training and certifying staff involved in pharmaceutical distribution.
  • Support the training and development of pharmacy technicians and customer service personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D. is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a pharmacy setting is preferred.
  • Experience in acute care pharmacy practice is preferred.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical repackaging and labeling technology is preferred.
  • Experience with hospital pharmacy software and automation technology is preferred.
  • Current pharmacy license in Texas is required.
