We are seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Project Manager to join our team at Basepoint Building Automations. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of HVAC controls projects from start to finish.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversight of HVAC controls projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Collaboration with sales, engineering, and installation teams to design and implement HVAC control solutions.
- Coordination with customers to establish project timelines, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Management of project budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure timely completion without exceeding costs.
- Mentorship on HVAC system controls and applications, helping to resolve issues and train team members.
- Maintenance of accurate project documentation and facilitation of training sessions for clients on HVAC controls and their functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HVAC controls and building automation systems. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, as well as strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in a related field or previous industry knowledge, along with proven experience in HVAC controls or building automation systems.
