We specialize in providing custom channel marketing programs, utilizing tailored technology solutions and high touch channel support services to help clients achieve their business objectives. These services assist corporations and their distribution network to optimize trade promotion funds and leverage branded marketing assets and programs, such as digital advertising, to drive local demand.
The Senior Account Manager is a member of the Account Management team that helps to drive business within assigned accounts and assists in onboarding new business. Channel Fusion helps our global, national, and regional channel marketing customers who need help with their strategies, executing, and meeting their desired outcomes The Account Management team delivers client centric channel marketing and technology solutions focused on scale, growth, and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor on Channel Fusion’s channel marketing solutions, services, and digital transformations in the channel.
- Build trusted relationships through engagements focused on driving the clients’ desired business outcomes.
- Lead business reviews based on a standardized template that including reviews, strategy, insights, future trends and recommendations for growth. The Sr Manager will provide leadership on strategy, insights recommendations for growth.
- Demonstrate expertise in channel marketing industry and Channel Fusion messaging, products, and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients with the intent of elevating relationships and growing footprint across a client’s organization.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Channel Fusion new business, marketing, product, and customer operation/service teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Understand our clients’ strategies and corporate priorities, as well as the competitive landscape, to proactively identify and capture opportunities or address risks at strategic and tactical levels.
- Achieve strategic client objectives defined by Channel Fusion management.
- Complete strategic client account plans that meet company standards.
- Monitor products to ensure UAT results meet acceptance criteria to ensure the system is functioning properly before deploying to production.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or communications.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment, or marketing technology company, as an account manager or similar role.
- A role model in a team atmosphere by promoting and reinforcing a client-centric and collaborative culture.
- Client centricity focus.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Officer user: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in the use of tools, including CRM and TFS.
- Effective communication skills.
