We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kohler Waters Spa. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our retail offerings to guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Greet and welcome guests, providing personalized service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist guests with purchasing needs, educating them on our products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
  • Participate in product knowledge classes and stay up-to-date on vendor presentations and supervisor/associate meetings.
  • Assist with cash handling, including ringing sales, processing coupons and discounts, and managing end-of-day reports.
  • Work closely with the spa management team to coordinate retail offerings with seasonal services and assist with inventory buying.
  • Be knowledgeable about and promote designated spa location services, directions, menu items, and hours of operation.
  • Help work the boutique for the spa and be open to working nights, weekends, and select holidays.

**Requirements**

  • Retail experience preferred with prior cash handling.
  • Ability to speak effectively with customers and associates.
  • Customer service-oriented personality.
  • Physical requirement to lift, bend, squat, reach, twist, and carry up to 25+ lbs.
