Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting salary of $75,960 - $80,960 per year, with premium bilingual differential pay of $4,040 annually for English/Spanish bilingual employees. Job Description

As a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician / Therapist, you'll deliver individualized, family-centered, and evidence-based mental health services. You'll conduct screenings and assessments to identify needs early, provide support to help families overcome trauma, foster healthy attachment, and reach developmental milestones.
