Plant Bagger Operator

As a key member of the Imerys team, the Plant Bagger Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment. This includes performing pre-shift and safety inspections, completing daily inspection reports, and obeying all safety operating and work guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate equipment in a safe and timely manner, making adjustments as necessary to achieve quality and productivity targets.
• Oversee all start-up, continual operation, and shutdown of the process, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
• Conduct finished product sampling and analysis for in-process quality control, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Load customer trucks with product in accordance with loading and shipping procedures, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic setting.
