Job Description

**Temporary to Permanent Position: Material Handler/Forklift Driver**

*Location: Manufacturing Plant*

*Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM to 5:00 PM) - Flexibility Required for Extended Hours as Production Dictates*

*Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour*

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
- Be prepared to work extended hours when production schedules demand.

**Job Requirements:**
- Ability to consistently lift over 45 lbs and stand for most of the day.
- Clean 7-year background screen with no misdemeanors or felonies convictions.
- At least 3 years of job tenure with a previous employer.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Forklift.
