Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership, adept management, and strategic oversight for ICEF's dedicated staff and operations.   • Academic Excellence: Elevate academic standards and outcomes, ensuring students receive a high-quality education.
  • Organizational Development: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring appropriate administrative and organizational structures support academic excellence.
  • Board Engagement: Foster strong relationships and collaboration with the Board of Directors, ensuring effective governance and oversight.
  • Financial Stability: Secure and manage financial resources for sustainable growth, ensuring the organization's financial health and stability.
  • Community Engagement and Partnerships: Cultivate meaningful community connections and partnerships, promoting ICEF's mission and values.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; master's degree preferred; doctorate degree desirable.
  • Experience: Years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar educational organization; teaching experience coupled with administrative expertise as a school site leader and/or central office executive.

Compensation

The CEO will receive a competitive compensation package, including a multi-year employment contract and benefits.
